I have told you how Hot these Texas Days are in August. And today was 100. Sometimes we get pop up Rain Showers that last about 15 to 30 minutes. It has been really dry here so I was hoping to get a pop up over Rainbow Creek. In fact I did a rain dance just in case that might work. The dogs did not seem to understand so they began a rain song.

Let the Class Begin!
Our photostudy today is a Raincloud from a distance. It is raining at Kates Cabin On Rainbow Creek. I drove out of the cloud a few miles so I could photograph the Rain. It is not raining where I am standing. It is about 5 miles to the rain you see here.
By moving the camera to the left, you can see it is clear blue skies up to the rain
This is a very tall Rain Cloud and I am happy to see it raining over at my place.
I am pointing the camera almost straight up in the sky now to show the top of this cloud.
Driving back in now on another road closer.
This concludes our photostudy on this wonderful Rain Cloud.
