Good Evening!
I have found it to be True: Better Late Than Never
Welcome To A World Nature Class & Photography Ideas
We are on the rooftop deck where we come daily to view the progress of Rambo and her chicks, the twins.
In the back right of frame is the Pine Tree with the Nest.
To the left of the Pine Tree in the frame is a dead tree w/brown leaves. This was the tree where most of the matings took place.
Rambo did not leave the nest very long for the first month. When she did, the mate covered the nest with his feathers. (It was still cold). April 27, began the second month of life for the twins.
The mate is no longer bringing food to the family. Sometimes he meets Rambo in a tree and gives her a fresh snake or something, but he is not participating as often in this phase of development.
Rambo is hunting more and providing for the twins.
She is also taking longer breaks from the nest while watching the nest from another location.
This morning she is the brown dot at the top of the dead tree.
(I wanted you to get an idea how far I am from the tree).
Can you see her now?
Here she is.
Goodmorning Rambo!
