World Nature Class-2-12-2010 Discover Life On Rainbow Creek by: brendasue

WORLD NATURE CLASS*****Welcome to Everybody on the Planet!
As you know by now, I have opened up the Bird Sanctuary here at Kates Cabin for us to discover other living life forms on Rainbow Creek. The more we understand the world we live on, the more likely we are to try to take care of things and treasure all life on Earth. So let's go on up to the rooftop deck and have a look around.

There is the little King and Kay Lonnie waiting for us to get up here.

What, little King? You forgot to go to the bathroom? Are you just trying to cut class again?

Kay Lonnie, can you give the signal to start the class?

Let the Class Begin! Thank you, girl.

It is still so very cold today, but a pretty sky. And look at that big tree that is above the roof.

We are back over at the Nectarine tree to see how the blooms look today. He has been blooming for a week now with no damage from the cold.He is always the first to pop!
So our photostudy today will be on these buds and at the end, some birds that I do not know. Maybe one of you will know. Enjoy!

What do you see, Kay Lonnie?

The Buzzards coming in.

Oh, I see them now.

Look in the clearing of the sky.

Here comes a flock of Blackbirds!

The buzzards are coming in to the pines.

Lucy & Lucky have landed.

And, there is King Buzz!

Goodnight King and Goodnight Kate; Goodnight to everyone, everywhere!
